Who am I?
What am I up to?
Sierra Hudson is a student and gigging musician in Miami, Florida. This past summer, she was the double bass and electric bass professor at Camp Encore/Coda in Sweden, Maine, teaching classical, jazz, and contemporary ensembles.
This Spring at the Frost School of Music, she is performing with the Frost Symphony Orchestra, the Rock Symphonic Orchestra, Seek the Source: Christian McBride Jazz ensemble, and Jazz Vocal 1 Ensemble. She is also playing in miscellaneous, non-Frost-related gigs in the Miami area.
Next Fall, she will be attending NYU Steinhardt for a master’s in Jazz Double Bass Performance.
